Raphael Katz is Founder and Principal of The Lamberton Group.

Prior to forming The Lamberton Group, Rafi practiced real estate law at Goldfarb & Fleece LLP and Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, where he was involved in closing more than $1 billion of real estate transactions. These transactions included land, industrial, data center, multifamily, hotel, office and retail applications. Rafi’s professional experiences also include broad experiences working on litigation and corporate law matters, and working in government relations on the municipal, state and national levels. Rafi brings his considerable professional experiences and dynamic work ethic to every real estate transaction.

Rafi received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City, and his B.A., cum laude, from Yeshiva University.
